About an hour ago now i finished a ranked game with my buddy.Waiting for stats was taking for ever so we skipped it. Then for both of us we couldnt invite each other to another game, it said the other person was already in one. We both restarted our clients. Got back on and then it came up with the please reconnect to game screen, pressing reconnect launches the game into a black screen, doing nothing at all. The only way to close it is via task manager. Restarting my computer and my league client has no resolved the isue at all. And anyone that invites me gets the error saying im already ingame.

tldr; finished game of league now reconnect to game box wont go away.

help pls

It's all to do with scheduled maintenance, this bug was caused because of it.
They are working on it, it will be fixed in time. Just be patient.

I'm having the same problem. Shown a please reconnect to the game screen for about 1.5 hours now.

I managed to fix the problem by restarting the client and logging on with a different account, then doing the same logging back on to my main account.
