I AM NOT RIOT STAFF

AT THIS POINT IN TIME I AM NOT SUPPORTING MAC CLIENTS (I don't have access to one currently)

  • Please include screen-shots, Logs, what you have already done & your system specs.

**PATCH 4.9 UPDATE**

"Oceanic Unavailable" - Can't open client due to "Unavailable"
  • Right click on Your League icon and "Open File Location"
  • In that folder should be lol.admin.exe right click on that and run as administrator
  • This seems to fix 90% of the issues.

"Firewall Issue" - Cannot connect to league due to firewall issue

This one is a iffy one. I do not know if RIOT are actively investigating this anymore.

Try the below things.
  • Disable Firewall
  • Disable anti-virus (specially AVG)
  • Restart Modem
  • You can TRY Reset Winsock (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357)
  • Run Client as administrator
  • Disable IP Helper (See below in "PVP.net constantly disconnecting"

"Stuck in Game lobby" - no matter how many times you press close.
  • If you are the lobby owner, press start game and exit whilst it is searching for a game.
  • If you have invite rights, invite another player and then you should be able to exit.
  • If you are just a member of the lobby.. well im still looking into that.
"Can't Open Client" - Logo shows for 5 seconds, then disappears.
  • Uninstall AVG Antivirus, this has been the main cause to this one.

"Stuck @ 99%" or "Unspecified Error" - Patching gets stuck at these points
  • Close The patcher Re-Open as administrator
  • Change region, Download the patch, Change back to your region and it should download with no issue.

"Graphics Issues" - Pixelated, FPS Drops, Wrong Colours, Gradual Pixelation.
  • 99.99% of the GFX issues occurring at the moment are Drivers being out of date.
  • If you do not know what graphics card you have, Press: Windows+R and then type DXDIAG, in the display tab it will show your graphics card make / model
  • Go to that manufacturers website, and search for the latest driver for your Graphics card
  • If Graphics is still OP, I will need to look at your computer as a case by case basis.
"Active Game Not Found"
  • This is not a new bug it has been around for a few months now, but it is reappearing since 3.15.
  • It is due to the client not being able to find the game ID on the server, and then having a hissy about it.
  • You can TRY Reset Winsock (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357)
  • This is a RIOT one, not much i can do.
"Server is Undefined" - Cant get past initial client, as server is undefined
  • This is due to your client not being able to contact the server, Or the server is having issues after a patch.
  • There is a way to go around this, but it is a ban-able offence to use it. (google it, im not putting it up here)
  • I'm currently trying to build a HOST file that fixes this, just difficult trying to narrow down OCE IP's.
Minions have no health bars
  • This has been happening since 3.14, but its reoccurred in 3.15.. which it shouldn't.
  • Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\release s\0.0.1.0\deploy\DATA\menu\hud
  • Remove the file named "GeneralCharacterData_Legacy.ini" from the folder.
"RADS Error"
  • You can TRY Reset Winsock (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357)
  • Close out your game/patcher, hit ctrl+alt+delete and make sure all instances of LoL.Launcher are gone, then restart the patcher process and let it sit.
  • Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file, then try starting your patcher.
  • Try deleting your LoL_Air_Client folder (the default install path for this folder is c:\Riot Games\RADS\Projects) and then repatching.

  • Replace <install directory>/RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe, With this file (http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/live/system/rads_user_kernel.exe)
  • Try installing, Microsoft Dot NET Framework 4.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851) and, Dot NET 3.5 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en)
"Sorry an Unknown error has occurred"
  • Turn Off LoLMatches, LoLReplay & restart LoL.
  • If Client is still OP, I will need to look at your computer as a case by case basis.
"PVP.net constantly disconnecting" - You get disconnected constantly, Get Disconnected at Champion select.
  • WINDOWS 7 USERS:
  • In order to do this:
  • Click the start (windows) button on the bottom left hand corner.
  • In the search bar type in "services" and select services.
  • There should be a list of services that pop up, in the list look for "IP-Helper"
  • Right click IP Helper, and click "stop".
  • Right click IP Helper again, and hit "Properties"
  • Where it says "Startup type" select the drop down menu and select "Disabled"
  • Click Apply > OK
  • [UPDATE] - Another confirmed fix - Disabling IGMP Proxying (http://forums.oce.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=104533)
  • [UPDATE] Make sure you Uninstall pando media booster from your computer.
"Shop Error" - Some users have been unable to use the shop: (not loading, black screen)
  • Time Sync Issue - Fix Time Sync (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/20201443-syncing-windows-clock)
"Latency Fluctuation" - This is happening with people on TPG around Australia,
  • I am in Darwin on Internode and i have 75MS. You will need to bring it up with TPG. It is more than likely their network architecture / routing.
  • TPG users should check this out: Click Here (http://www.wtfast.com/) WTFAST is a legitimate program, and is not malware.

"Site in Spanish - Falls under BETA, It will get fixed before full release." - Are you referring to the Portuguese leaving the website text?
Latency fluctuations - Don't think the comment about the ISP being horrible and should swap to another is necessary
